Best. Week. Ever.

So how was your week? Mine was pretty cool. After lots of blood, sweat, tears, and patience, Office Ninja is finally released to the world (sorta)!

On Tuesday, April 22nd, it was available to buy/rent on iTunes. Unfortunately, as of now it's only available in English-speaking countries around the globe.

We released a press release that got some buzz.

To celebrate the release, I had Robb Padgett (who played Jett) & his life/creative partner Tanya Ihnen on this week's PTMG Podcast, and talked about the movie and other topics, including the hilariously sad fate of the pants he wore in Office Ninja. Catch it on YouTube or iTunes.

Also, a couple of positive reviews were posted, thanks to Skye Kilaen of Jinxatron Planet and Alicia Glass of Krypton Radio. We'll keep you posted as the reviews roll in!

It's been a busy week, but we're far from done. There's more reviews to wait, more people to spam, more work to do to get it onto DVD and other digital platforms. Stay tuned next week as we have Jade Carter (Tomas) on PTMG Podcast.

Thanks for reading and supporting. And please check out Office Ninja on iTunes, it only costs $8 to buy!

Office Ninja is Officially on iTunes!

Award-Winning Action Comedy ‘OFFICE NINJA’ from PART TIME MOVIE GUY RELEASES on iTUNES

The award-winning comedy OFFICE NINJA starring Jade Carter, Jose Rosete, Francois Chau, Jessica Mills, Robb Padgett and Todd Johnson releases on iTunes today, April 22, 2014.

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 21, 2014 - LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- ‘Office Ninja’ begins with Tomas (CARTER), a disenchanted office worker on the verge of a dream promotion. For Tomas and his coworkers-- goofball Raheem (ROSETE), newbie Jessica (MILLS), king of douchebags Jett (PADGETT), and their incompetent boss Daryl (JOHNSON) -- each day seems to blend into the next. But a dark change is coming. After finding out that the office jerk Jett has stolen his work as well as his coveted promotion, Tomas swears vengeance and follows the ways of the ninja in his quest to regain his honor and find the evidence that will end Jett's reign of office tyranny. But of course, since he's not an "actual" ninja, his plans for swift justice may not go quite as smoothly as he planned.

‘Office Ninja’ features an ensemble cast with Jade Carter (JAG, House), Jose Rosete (Age of Dinosaurs), Francois Chau (Lost), Jessica Mills (Awkward Embraces), Robb Padgett (Vampire Zombie Werewolf) and Todd Johnson (Mortal Kombat: Rebirth).
‘Office Ninja’ received the 2012 Award of Merit at The Accolade Competition as well as the 2012 Silver Ace Award at the Las Vegas Film Festival. ‘Office Ninja’ was also the official selection of the Genre Film Festival in San Jose, CA.

‘Office Ninja’ is written, directed and produced by first-time feature director, Bin Lee of Part Time Movie Guy. "My intention was to make a uniquely entertaining comedy with a sprinkle of geeky humor. I was blessed to be surrounded by a talented cast that elevated the writing and veteran crew who made shooting 'Office Ninja' a delight for a first-timer. I hope the audience will enjoy seeing something they’ve never seen before." Bin has also worked in the new media realm as an editor on award winning show “Pairings” as well as a writer for “The Ladies and the Gents.” Bin is currently writing a graphic novel.

Producers Jim Wiley and Associate Producers Allison Vanore (Hopelessly in June, Love in the Time of Monsters) and Ewan Bourne (Zombie Apocalypse: Redemption, Friday the 13th: Return of Jason, "Punk's Dead: SLC Punk! 2") also make up this team.

Pre-Order Office Ninja on iTunes!

So this happened:

Looks like Office Ninja is coming to iTunes next Tuesday. Naturally, my ninja guard is up, so I'm not going to believe it until I see it. But obviously iTunes/Apple is pretty reliable. You can actually pre-order it now.
